Digital Products Refund & Return Policy

Digital Downloads
Due to the digital nature of our woodworking plans and design files, purchases of digital products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We want you to have a seamless experience with your purchase. If you encounter a technical issue—such as a corrupted file, difficulty opening or downloading your PDFs, or missing download links—please contact us at support@vanislestudio.ca  with your order number, and we'll be happy to help resolve it.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice in separate transactions, please contact us within 14 days. Once we've verified the duplicate purchase, we'll refund the duplicate transaction.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, this right may be lost once delivery begins where you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
